Refund policy
**Private individuals**
Swedish law regarding distance contracts and contracts outside of business premises grants you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and individual services. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller within 14 days after you have received the delivery that you wish to use the right of withdrawal, preferably via email to info@ulefone.se, referencing your order number. Please feel free to print and fill out the consumer agency's return form which you can find [here] when you send back the product.
To utilize the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in nearly the same condition as when you received it. The seller is entitled to compensation for any depreciation in value due to the buyer handling the item to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. You will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Returns can also be made in-store.
The seller is obligated to refund the entire purchase price, processing fees, customs charges, cash on delivery fees, etc., excluding postage costs. Refunds must be issued no later than 14 days from the day the seller received the buyer’s notification, provided that the seller has received the item back or a receipt confirming that the item has been returned within this timeframe.
NOTE! All return shipments should be sent via direct delivery to the address below. We do not accept goods sent cash on delivery or registered packages sent to service points.

The buyer cannot cancel purchases of goods that quickly diminish in value, goods that cannot be returned, or audio or video recordings or computer programs that have had their seal broken. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, due to health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal has been broken by the consumer (e.g., in-ear headphones and Bluetooth headsets).

A clarification in addition to this law specifically for our mobile phones - it is allowed to break the outer plastic packaging, but you must not remove the plastic that is on the phone or accessories.
**Uncollected Packages**
If ordered goods are not collected from a service point or received upon home delivery, we reserve the right to deduct 300 SEK including VAT from the refund after the goods have been returned to us to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling fees. Unclaimed packages do not fall under the right of withdrawal. A package stays at a service point for approximately 10 days.
**Business**
Open purchase does not apply to businesses; instead, we refer to the Purchasing Act.
A potential buyback may be carried out with a return deduction, depending on the nature of the product. Deductions of 20-50% of the amount are common depending on the nature and condition of the product.
