Sales are made to private individuals, companies, associations, authorities, municipalities, and legal entities. We do not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years). All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). Shipping costs and any other fees will be displayed in the checkout before the purchase is completed. All orders are made through our website ulefone.se. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address and contact information are filled in correctly.

**Orders**: IP Address, Email, Personal/Org. Number, Address, Company, First Name, Last Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Phone Number.
As a customer, you can request an extract, amendment, or deletion of this data at any time. Order information is stored in accordance with the law for 7 years.
**Delivery Options**
We have chosen to work with Sweden's leading carriers such as DHL, DB Schenker, Bring, and Postnord to ensure safe and fast delivery for you as a customer. The choice of carrier is determined by the address to which the goods are to be shipped.
**Pick Up at Agent - Private Individuals & Companies:** Delivery is automatically made to the agent nearest to the specified postal code and usually occurs within 1-3 working days from the purchase, with reservation for high order volumes at our end or with the carrier. Automatic choice for private individuals and companies.
**Business Package - Only for Companies:** This delivery option can only be selected by companies. Delivery is made directly to the business address specified on the order, during daytime.
**Home Delivery - Only for Private Individuals:** This delivery option can only be selected by private individuals. Delivery is made directly to the address specified on the order.
**Payment Methods**
**Klarna**
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible, and safe for you to shop online. By answering a couple of questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that it distinguishes between purchase and payment. First, you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either by Klarna invoice, Klarna account, credit card, or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.
**Card**
Card payment requires neither a login nor an account. We accept all major credit cards.
**Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay**
Pay conveniently with your mobile wallet.
**Uncollected Packages**
If ordered goods are not collected, we reserve the right, after the goods have been returned to us, to deduct SEK 300 (including VAT) from the refund to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling fees. Uncollected packages do not fall under the right of withdrawal. A package is kept at the agent for about 10 days.
**Transport Damage on Goods**
Visible damage to packaging should be reported directly to the carrier/agent upon receipt of the goods. Hidden transport damages should be reported within a maximum of 10 days. Transport damages reported after 10 days will not be processed.
**Claims/Warranty**
After you have received the products, we recommend that you examine as soon as possible whether the delivery corresponds to the goods you ordered, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or if the products have any other defects or shortcomings.
For claims and warranty issues, always contact ulefone.se before returning the goods.

Warranties cover only manufacturing defects from the manufacturer, i.e., the product must be defective in terms of manufacturing.
Costs related to any work for installation, disconnection, downtime, or similar are not covered by the warranty.
A copy of the receipt and a description of the defect must always be attached to a service request submitted.
The following warranties apply to our products:
- **Smartphones:** 2-year warranty + 1 year right of complaint
- **Other products:** 6-month warranty + 2.5 years right of complaint
Note! In the event of an established NON-warranty issue, a inspection fee of SEK 500 is charged and a shipping fee of SEK 150 if you wish to return the product. If you choose to scrap the product, no inspection fee is charged. Prices exclude VAT.
**Disputes**
In disputes with private individuals, we have a policy to follow the decisions of the General Complaints Board (ARN)

Disputes between companies are normally resolved in Swedish courts.
Questions regarding actual purchases, ongoing cases, and ongoing claims will be answered within 48 hours on weekdays.

**Force Majeure**
In the event of natural disasters, wars, labor market measures, government decisions, increasing costs, failures in deliveries from subcontractors, or comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and that affect the entered agreement from our side which makes it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations under the agreement.
The company holds F-tax.
